News: Customer Experience by Design

More than 20 guests will sample forthcoming Customer Experience Management master class series which starts in Stirling on 19th May 2009 by attending a taster session in Dundee on 7th May. This is an opportunity to design the experience your customers relish rather than the usual disjointed customer service we are sadly becoming accustomed to. ICD Partnership Ltd and Quest (Scotland) Ltd are partnering to run the taster sessions at the Westpark Centre, Dundee, itself a good example of thoughtful service.
