ICD have been appointed to support SEPA, guardians of our Scottish environment, through an ambitious Leadership Development programme. Recognising that a shift to a more customer centric culture needs strong leadership now and into the future, the programme will equip managers and recognise those who have a key role in influencing positive change in how the organisation works, going forward.
