News: Employee Engagement

Having sucessfully completed a series of staff workshops at Glasgow Airport to assess staff engagement with their customer strategy, ICD have been appointed to work with the Architects department of Dundee City Council. It seems that the tired and tested (and we mean "tired" not tried!) methods of surveying staff are simply failing to give staff sufficient say and opportunities to feed in their good ideas and view from the customer facing side of businesses and organisations.  If you are just waking up to Survey Monkey and think that is where it is at then the surprisingly low levels of response rate can be disappointing.  We are thrilled to be adding another new client to our list of not for profit customers.
