ICD is delighted to announce that we will be working with SEPA, a new client to support their Customer Focus programme. At a time of considerable change and challenge, we are heartened that the agency with whom we have enjoyed a longstanding relationship,  sees that engaging and supporting its many and various customers is an essential part of delivering their vital role of protecting and enhancing Scotland's environment. The programme will implement a series of workstreams that were scoped out in the last year and will seek to deliver its outputs by December 2010.
