News: Happy Endings!

As we approach the final weeks of an "eventful" year for ICD, all our clients and the world in general, we are delighted to announce yet another new client, Orkney Housing Association Ltd. We can safely say that OHAL is our most northerly client to date and we are delighted to be providing facilitation support to their strategic planning.

Affordable housing has never been so urgently needed and through our exposure to the work of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, our current work with Dundee Housing and a number of other housing organisations, ICD's expertise in creating customer focused organisations has increasingly been applied in the context of tenant satisfaction, tenant engagement strategies, loyalty programmes and improvement programmes.
