March 2008 sees ICD Insight join forces with Kanyo, an innovative web and IT company, marking a significant development in the potential of our online research and reporting tools.  This partnership will focus on designing, delivering and demonstrating research results on a significantly enhanced visual platform.  These results, when accessed, can be placed on a company's intranet or extranet, and can be easily viewed by business users or customer looking to examine and access key results from conducted research.

In the current environment of regulated research, such as ‘Treating Customers Fairly', ‘Customer Impact', ‘Customer First', and other bespoke initiatives, the need to produce and act upon customer research is greater than ever before.
