News: Slainte! Launched For Success

The first and only company offering Customer Experience Management training in Scotland was launched in fine style at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Edinburgh. A gathering of clients and friends wished the venture well while the group debated the linkage between employee health and wellbeing to providing a good customer experience. Special thanks are due to guest speakers, Douglas Rice of CIGNA and Bernard Murphy of Gleneagles Hotel.

Two lucky winners, Lauren McLaren and Malcolm Warrack won a spa break and round of golf, respectively, courtesy of Gleneagles Hotel. A very entertaining experience followed when one of the Society's Whisky Ambassadors talked the audience through the finer points of the dram!
