Clare Wade, Researcher
Background:
Clare Wade is a researcher specialising in Qualitative Research. She has a strong background in strategic and creative development, working for eleven years as an account planner in top London advertising agencies, and then as a Senior Researcher. In 1990, she was appointed Board Planning Director at Hall Advertising and in 1992 set up her own consultancy. Over the past 12 years she has built up a high profile client base within Scotland and the rest of the UK, which represents a balanced mix of blue chip, independent and government-funded enterprises.
Depth and breadth of experience is extensive, ranging from participatory research and consumer issues to the development of Government social policy and business-to-business interviews to guide corporate strategy. Within the last year Clare has conducted research in financial services (B2C and intermediary, IFA customers), food, leisure, utility, local government and rural business development sectors.
Her real strength is in providing real customer insight to the client.
