Desiree Ashton, Project Manager
Background:
Desiree's career began in advertising and progressed to the arena of international client relations, representing the various customer services departments of a large multi-site international manufacturing organization.
Having extensive experience of customer-facing roles, as well as heading up successive teams of customer-facing personnel, Desiree is well versed in the ins and outs of real-time customer management and knows only too well how challenging it can be to remain focused on building strong, positive customer relations.
Since joining the ICD team in early 2007, Desiree has provided support to various projects as well as project managing the launch of a number of in-house initiatives. Most recently, she has taken on a more technical role, to support ICD's own client relationships through managing the collation and dissemination of latest and best practice through the distribution of Nuggets, our newsletter, and the content of our website.
