Rachael Tring, Business Development
Background:
With 10 years' experience working in the recruitment industry, Rachael is excellent at developing, nurturing and building business relationships throughout the whole relationship cycle from prospect to valued client.
Having worked with a wide range of organisations, she previously specialised in recruiting permanent staff for legal and financial services; public sector bodies; hotels and voluntary groups. She is professionally qualified (MREC and DipRC) and a memeber of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), indicating that she works to high standards approved by the UK Trade association for the industry.
Within ICD Rachael is a key member of our business development team, mainly working on the telephone to introduce our services to new contacts and existing clients, expanding the interest from new prospects, maintaining contact with key individual customers, and generally developing and supporting good relationships throughout.
Most recently Rachael is utilising her exceptional telephone skills to support client projects where she can specifically follow up leads as part of an overall campaign effort.
