Background:
Russell Biggart and Liz Moody are co-founders and joint Managing Directors of The ICD Partnership Ltd. Russell's consulting experience spans the breadth and depth of strategy design, retention management and sales force effectiveness through to improving service measurement and delivery. As a former National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager of Standard Life, he was responsible for improving product distribution via the introduction and development of a National Accounts framework. He has vast experience of sales processes, project and account management and team development. An expert facilitator, his approach is innovative, refreshing, opens the mind and challenges current practices.
Russell is a founder member of the Institute of Customer Advantage at Strathclyde University and a faculty member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has also lectured at Manchester Business School and Strathclyde University on customer management.
