ICD Insight - The NPS Debate

April 2008 saw us host our first ICD Insight Debate at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Queen Street, Edinburgh. The evening proved a resounding success and prompted some lively discussion on the controversial Net Promoter Score (NPS).
